Greek Table Grocery and Deli

The store is so cute and has very good pastries and iced coffee. I enjoyed coming here!

Can't go traveling, and fortunately this is only 20 minutes drive and almost as good as going to Greece.

Finally got a chance to come and check out this place. Authentic Greek baked goods and grocery items in markham!

Of course I had to come get some baked goods when I popped into this place! Sweets this time, savoury will be on the list next time.

Got a couple of galaktoboureko, a traditional looking one and one with a layer of whipped cream on top

The custard isn’t creamy like we all know. This one was a little firm and not too overly sweet surprisingly. The pastry itself was soaked up in the syrup, which is what gave it a sweetness but still getting a doughy bite

Love that it’s like a mini grocery store with a deli portion, cheese, freezer, non perishables amd dry goods. The fry goods have a decently sized selection from cookies to crackers and a good selection of halva for people looking for this

Person that helped me out was super friendly and gave me a little insight into what a galaktoboureko is. Didn’t rush me to make a decision and even welcomed me to look around the shop!
