Great selection of computer parts, peripherals, and more. Had a very positive experience purchasing one of the many mechanical keyboards they had in stock. The one I initially bought ended up not being right for me, but was able to return under their 15-day policy which is very much appreciated. Will be back again!

Had been buying from them for the past 10 yrs!
Had expanded from the small location they had.
Service of Huy was great! Courteous, customer focused and upto date with knowledge!

It's a standard sized Canada Computers. Has what every other Canada Computers has (keyboards, mouse, PCs, headphones, mics, figurines, 3D printers, gaming chairs, other cool stuff, PC parts, etc).

I came here with a friend to purchase a few things for my PC setup. On check out, the guy who was checking us out, specifically me... He tried to upsell me a hidden warranty fee.

He was like "Do you want some warranty and in 3 years if you've accidentally wrecked your product, you can return it and get a new one" (it's not the exact wording, but this is what he essentially meant). He worded it pretty vague and very persuasive, to the point it sounded really suspicious, like he was trying to pull a fast one one me.

I looked over to my friend with the "look", and my friend asked if there was a cost to it. The man said "Of course! It's $40!". So, we said no to his "sneaky warranty" (the one where he didn't tell us the price upfront). Paid and left. At least I walked out with just my headphones and network adapter, without any extra fees on top.

Worst experience with Canada Computers. The Ajax location is way better. At least the people there know their stuff and love the work that they do (and don't force you to buy stuff or try to upsell you hidden fees). Too bad this is the only closest Canada Computers to me.

Overall, avoid the older brown not-so-gentleman... Cause he is going to try and upsell you with his very fast and persuasive as heck speech with hidden fees. The people who help you here are very "hit and miss".

Side note: My friend said that he had a good experience here when he came here to build his PC. The guy who helped him knew his stuff. Very good.

Canada Computers often gets a bad reputation, whether online or through word of mouth—but my experience couldn’t have been more different. I purchased a 9070 XT from this location and was genuinely impressed.

Huge shoutout to Brian, who was exceptionally helpful and patient with all my questions. Both he and Cheng went above and beyond to help me find the right PSU for my Nitro+.

If you're torn between shopping here or at Best Buy, I’d say Canada Computers offers better customer service—at least based on my experience.
