I couldn’t be more impressed with Creative Carpets and owner Rick Jones. My job was relatively small compared to commercial projects and I was surprised when Rick personally Got involved with mine.
Unlike the big box stores, Rick’s knowledge of carpet is second to none—he explained every option in detail, personally laser-measured my home, and provided a clear, line-by-line quote.

The installers were careful, professional, and precise. When I wasn’t happy with the look of the transitions (even though the original install was fine), Rick personally came back multiple times with alternatives until I was 100% satisfied. He even gave me his cell number and meant it when he said he wouldn’t be happy until I was happy.

This level of service is rare today. On top of that, Creative Carpets’ price was lower than the big box quote. Outstanding company, outstanding owner—I highly recommend Rick Jones and his team.

Our house was damaged in a burglary and through our insurance company we were put in touch with Creative Carpet One Floor & Home for repairs to the floors and stairs. Ryan handled the project and he was incredible. Right from day one he was extremely responsive and diligent. He came out immediately to survey the damage and when we visited him at the shop he already had floors recommended that matched near perfectly to the old floor colour. He was quick to reply to any questions we had and kept us updated every step of the way after the work started. We couldn't be happier with the service and expertise of Ryan, and the quality of staircase repair and flooring installation was equally excellent. I would highly recommend them!

My wife and I walked in last week to buy laminate flooring and was greeted by Brenda, a very polite and pleasant woman. She patiently answered our questions, gave us very qualitative information about the products and the store has a good collection of flooring and carpets.
