Cash House Buyer

We thought we would try this hand written ad that we have seen many times. So we called Cash House Buyer for an appointment.
The gentleman that arrived was very friendly, helpful and transparent with the company and the process. He checked comparables and made us a very fair offer. Within ten days we closed on the deal and 3 months later the money was in our account. There is no real estate fees which is a huge saving.

We were thinking about possibly selling and had spoken with various realtors and different companies that offer the cash for your house. A bad experience with one of the companies made us a bit hesitant about the idea. In doing some research I found out about Cash House Buyers. In looking into the reviews and talking with them it looked to be a great way to go.

From the moment I sent in an online request , I received a phone call 5 minutes later from Shay , she explained the process to me , asked me som questions regarding my property. We set up an appointment with Parker , he came out to meet us and explained everything in great detail , made us feel comfortable with the process , then he presented us with our offer. We signed on the spot!
