Rio and his team are outstanding from start to finish. Our roof was replaced a few years ago and I had an issue a few days ago after a heavy rainfall that Rio fixed the next day. I highly recommend Rio and his team!

3S deserved 5 stars rating as both the salesman Rio, Jeremy and his team provided professional services. Rio is very patience and explained clearly on my options. Jeremy came with a team of 5 including himself, worked very efficiently. I chose 3S because of all other great reviews and very competitive pricing. Now I am another happy customer with the new roof shingles perfectly done by 3S! Highly recommended.
