In general I investigate extensively the companies I hire to do work to ensure they have great reviews. Which is what I did when I needed a full roof replacement. Lots of 5star google companies came to give estimates. When Lucas came to inspect and quote, despite having no reviews, I just had a good feeling about his company. And he did not disappoint. From the incredible pre-work support choosing Shingles and underlay, to urgently fitting me in the same week (so my living room doesn't flood again) he and his team were AMAZING. He was HONEST, straight forward, and did AMAZING WORK.
He went above and beyond with so many details, even removing an old decaying fireplace chimney that my neighbours have been cursed to look at for years.
When I found I needed almost all my wood replaced (Legitimately my wood was dissolving) he and his team managed to get all I needed, and they stayed LATE to ensure the job was done in one day. The final pleasure was that the total cost was incredible!! Even replacing most of the wood, they beat the estimates of all 13 other companies I investigated.
I NEVER choose contractors based on a gut feeling, but with Lucas and his team I am so glad I did. I have the best looking roof in my area, maybe the whole city!
(Now I just need them to replace the gutters that are making my new roof look bad 😉)
