Even though it was already past their closing time by the time it was our turn, Penny still welcomed us with so much patience and warmth. She went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness.

I had such a great experience at this location, all thanks to Penny. I was unsure about which phone and plan to get, but Penny made the process so easy. She took the time to listen to what I needed and patiently explained every detail of the various plans available. She also gave me a brilliant, clear overview of the different phone models, highlighting the pros and cons of each without any confusing jargon.
Thanks to her knowledge and honest advice, I walked out with a perfect plan and a new phone that I absolutely love. She is a true asset to the team. Five stars without a doubt!
Yuki was very helpful and efficient. Me and my husband got Samsung s25 FE phones, with protection plan, 50 GB paying 40 for the plan and 12.50 for the phone. Plus we got free case, charger and cable, and a cord free charger each. 😀 I’m very happy with this year’s Black Friday sale 👍🏼
