I booked a couples Zen Revival package and we had a relaxing time! Susu and Jian were both amazing and provided an excellent massage. The staff were all very friendly and the spa was kept exceptionally clean. I will definitely come back!

Review is for both my wife and I.

Got the 45min massage for my wife and a 45 min reflexology for myself.

My wife said her masseuse was attentive and professional the entire time and she started on time and went into her room earlier than I did.

My experience wasn't great. The pressure was non-existent despite telling her (summer) that it's too soft. The real kicker was that I started after my wife and somehow finished 10 minute earlier than her and had to wait for her.

They impose a 15% tip as a minimum base for all their service. Which, if I'm being honest, I would've rather given my wife's masseuse a 30% tip and 0% for mine.

The 3 star is simply for my wife's experience as my experience would've definitely warranted a 1 star.

I had an absolutely amazing 90-minute Swedish massage at Tsingtao Wellness Spa in Markham! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, calm, and welcoming the space was. The atmosphere instantly put me at ease.

The massage itself was incredible — relaxing yet thorough, and I left feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated. The staff here are so friendly and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
