Staff are both friendly & helpful, some of the best staff that I was seen in the Toronto Public Library system.
Also, they offer good quality teen programs, my daughter really enjoys the programs. The instructors are ideal for that age group.

Very nice library with a good collection ton of books, the kids area is small with not so many seats but it’s nice that they put some computers for kids there, I like it in general

A very small library. Has rooms that are sectioned off or in their own separate rooms. Has a very small children's books area, and a very small teen's books area. There is a small computer lab area. There are a lot of Chinese books here, at this location.

There are the pet birds of the mall just outside of the library. The birds are very very loud, so it's very distracting. You can hear the birds all the way in the deepest part of the library. And a library is supposed to be quiet... Would rate the library higher if we didn't have to listen to the birds chirp and chatter away.

Great staff! Very helpful and explained the TD summer reading club to my kids patiently. Peace and kids can enjoy reading in the library or play in the kid's area in lower volume.
