It was my first time doing this course. I learned a lot of things about first-aid and CPR. The instructor Alyesha was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explain everything and we had a fun day learning the materials.

Rachel did a very good job at teaching us today for our Standard First aid and CPR training. She explained everything very well and clear and i learned a lot from the hands-on practice that we did.
