Great customer service good price will visit visit again
One of the best and most authentic South Indian meals I’ve had so far! The Chicken Biryani was absolutely delicious. We also tried Sweet Pongal, Medhu Vada, Masala Vada, Suyyam, and Pongal — everything was spot on. Their coconut chutney and sambar were definite standouts! Generous portions and surprisingly affordable prices. Friendly Customer Service!!!

Thurga Bhavan is an absolute gem for anyone who loves authentic South Indian food! Every dish is packed with rich flavor, and the quality is consistently excellent.
Recommend their Paneer Curry — it’s creamy, perfectly spiced, and pairs amazingly well with their soft, flaky parotas.
And don’t miss their Rasam drink! 🍲
Just got takeout from Hotel Thurga Bhavan and it was sooo good! 😋 The food was super tasty, fresh, and they give really good quantity too — totally worth it.

Visited this newly opened restaurant in Markham and had a wonderful experience! On their welcoming opening day, they offered complimentary tea and sweet Pongal — such a lovely gesture.
I ordered chicken biryani, which was fresh and flavorful, and also tried Idly, Vada and Ven Pongal that paired perfectly with their sambar and chutneys. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable with portions larger than expected.
