A nice church, with fantastic glass art. The church is more modern and vibrant.

Its a lovely church in Markham and a new pastor just started there. I go to one of 2 churches in Markham but St. Patrick was my main one. During the pandemic the hygiene standards were much below other churches. Eucharist ministers were not wearing masks so I moved to other churches. I went back there today for the 11am mass and noticed that one of the eucharist ministers was actually touching kids head when they came up for blessing then she picked up the eucharist for the next parishioner. I believe EMs are not supposed to give blessing like priest/deacon and touching someone's head/hair then give eucharist as it is not good hygiene. If you care about hygiene Blessed Frederic Ozanam is a great parish that cares about good hygiene!
Hopefully St. Patrick's will consider good hygiene for the parishioners in the future.

I have gone to St. Patrick's church since I was a child. I still continue to go there today even though my family lives out of the area. It's a beautiful place to worship. The priests are welcoming as well as the staff. It feels like home there. The choir is beautiful at all masses. Wish for more opportunities for confession, eucharistic adoration, and altar rails for receiving the Eucharist Praying for these things to be added to the church.

I attended a weekday service with my baby. We were greeted by friendly faces and I had casually mentioned that I hope the baby wasn't going to fuss too much. The ladies were so sweet saying not to worry about it and we need more babies crying in church. From what I saw, the church is beautiful and well maintained. Baby boy enjoyed looking around at everyone and everything. So overall, a very nice experience for us both.

St Patrick's Church on highway 7 was such a warm and welcoming Catholic Church. I went to the Saturday night 5:00 p.m. mass when I was here in town from Chicago. The Deacon gave a thoughtful and humorous homily peppered with examples of how we could apply gospel concepts to our everyday life. The choir was wonderful, and it was so great to hear everyone singing and participating in mass. Kudos goes to this vibrant faith community.
