I’ve been bringing my car to this shop for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. They’re fast, reliable, high quality work, and always incredibly efficient. My car is always ready sooner than expected and runs perfectly every time. I want to give a special shoutout to Nargis, who always works on my vehicle. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but with Nargis and the team here, I have complete peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Today Monday October 21,2024 i visited SM Trust Auto Service based on my Friend's recommendation,and i found everything just as described the head mechanic.Mr.Sorab Stood out for being both humble and highly professional.what impressed me that it's family - run business with the father,son and even daughter all working together to keep things running smoothly.
When i was in the waiting room.I also had a pleasure of meeting Mr Sorab's younger brother Mansoor he greeted me with the warm smile 😊 and exceptional manners.

This is great place for Auto Repairs as per my first experience, I got recommendation from D n D Mufflers to show my VAN issues to SM trust Auto shop and I listened to it and had amazing experience working with Mr Sohrab and his team. The dealing was very good, well communicated and timings were very accurate. I got my van’s Front bushes/strut assembly and Control Arms replaced here and all noises are gone now which were very bothering to me in last many months.

A little note for visitors, who will wait in the waiting room; that room is a bit chilly so dressed up accordingly. They have placed a small heater there but I think that is not enough and they may consider to get a little better and bigger heater for the guests who would be waiting. It will definitely help having better waiting experience for the customers.

Mr Sohrab and team took my feedback very seriously and rearranged the waiting area and I visited the shop again for my tires swap and felt big difference. Great work ! See waiting area pictures. Though now they don’t have to worry about cold weather for this season so heating is not a concern but hopefully they will have better heating in next winter season.
