Stumbled upon Alicia on social media and inquired about my troubled skin. She has been a huge help guiding me through my journey with hormonal acne/random flare ups. I don’t live in Ontario but felt comfortable enough to contact her regarding my flare up and she was so prompt to assist me. Very unbiased with her recommendations too she does not push you to purchase her products. Highly recommend her for your skin concerns!

When I first reached out to Alicia for a virtual consult, I was not in a great place with my skin. I was spending hundreds of dollars on luxury and hyped products but not seeing results - quite the opposite actually. I felt uncomfortable in my skin both to the touch and when looking in the mirror.

She takes the time to educate you on her recommendations so you understand exactly why she is suggesting them, and I really appreciate how there is never any pressure whatsoever to purchase more than you're comfortable with at the time (but the investment is always worth it - she only recommends real quality stuff). My only regret is that I haven't been able to see her for an in person treatment yet!
