I had to go to the ER here for accidentally dropping a weight on my foot.
The self check in process was quite easy.
One of the staff brought me a wheelchair to use. The wait time was thankfully short (9-10pm on a Tues).
Dr Huynh and Dr Hajra were amazing. They scheduled an X-ray right away and diagnosed a broken toe and readjusted the toe.
They helped me through some breathing exercises when they were resetting to calm me down.
I'm quite grateful for this team.
Staff at the Oncology clinic are organized- however when trying to reschedule a recent appointment I didn't get a call back as promised. So my reschedule was forgotten possibly.
The bloodwork staff are usually on top of things too- this time they just seemed distracted talking about something- one of the new staff noticed me as the only patient in the waiting room and she got to me right away.
I appreciate the attentive work from those workers especially the new ones- they make things easier.
I had such an amazing overall experience giving birth here—it truly exceeded my expectations. The OB (Dr. Barnwell) who delivered my baby and nurses (Jhanvi, Swetha, Krystabel & Briana) (not sure with the spelling) were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. Those nurses helped us a lot & made sure we are okay and attended all our questions & needs. The care provided to both me and my newborn felt very personal, like being cared for by family. Huge thanks to the entire staff, you’re all doing an incredible job!
I understand that many people might have negative experiences, and this is common when people can't respond quickly in desperate emergency situations. However, I had no problems with a recent baby delivery. For those who are pregnant, I would recommend calling in advance to see if the admittance criteria are met. Nights in public areas are quiet and sometimes hallways feel like an empty airport. The maternity ward (Family Birthing Unit) is operational with full service 24 hours a day, and staff are knowledgeable. I would recommend an H-Pass for long term visits for multiple days, as short term parking is expensive.
