Rob is very knowledgeable and does great work. The first time I came to him, he was able to diagnose and remedy an issue with my automatic start, auxiliary battery and start/stop system in one day that Don Mills Chrysler and Serpa Chrysler service department couldn’t do in the 5 years I’ve had my truck.
Rob was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of mine and my wife's questions in an easy and understandable manner. Some of my wife's questions to me seemed to be obvious, but Rob explained in a very calm and non patrizing way as he understood that she did not know.
