It was my first time participating with Redlineassets auctioneer and it was very pleasant and flawless. They conveyed the message of courtesy and professionalism. Very much appreciated and recommended.

I have participated in many auctions, including several with this company. My experience has always been great; they are well organized, professional, and pleasant to deal with.

I have had a couple instances where there was a problem with the product, for example one time a pair of wireless earbuds were not in the box (it had a case, but no ear buds). This is a reality of this type of auction though, and you cant expect them to open and inspect every box. What is in their control is how they deal with issues like this. Despite the reality that auctions are as is, where is, when I contacted him he replaced the pair with another set of similar ear buds (different brand, but again this is an auction). I had another issue with a larger item (a pool) where it was mistakenly split into two lots when it shouldnt have been. Again, when I made contact he offered to take it back with a full refund but in the end I got the other half and the other bidder was refunded.

So, overall I highly recommend this auction company. Yes, there may be occasional issues given the nature of auctions, but most items have been fine and when there were issues they have always made it right even when they technically didn't have to.

Have been dealing with Redline for a few years now. Noticed a trashy review from someone who obviously doesnt know how auctions work. It's not the auctioneers responsibility to ensure everything in the package is there. It's actually who ever is bidding on it to check and make sure everything is there. Redline has always done the best they can to pass along information, pictures of the products and will answer questions you may have by email or by phone.

Out of over 100 items I've purchased, I've only had problems with one and its not the auctioneers responsibility but mine. However I do know the owners will discuss any issues and try to resolve it amicably.
