I took my mom for a couple of physiotherapy sessions with Garima at Palmdale Health, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. Garima was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, making my mom feel completely at ease during every session. She explained the exercises clearly and provided personalized treatments that worked wonders. My mom absolutely loved the experience and feels so much better now. I highly recommend Garima and the team at Palmdale Health for anyone looking for professional and compassionate physiotherapy care!

Went to see Nicolette for a massage today and by far she is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I have been to a few clinics before but nothing compares to Nicolette. Good understanding of my issues, it was so relaxing and feel so much better already… I am looking forward to my next appointment… You won’t be disappointed, highly recommend this clinic.

I've known Nicoleta since 2007 when I had my first massage therapy session for my back pain at her clinic on Bloor Street. Great experience, a lot of power in a small body. She's been treating me since and I am very thankful. The new clinic she opened recently on Kingston Road is amazing. Beside the massage therapy she expanded to physiotherapy, chiropractic sessions and nutrition. Always a pleasure to deal with her. I definitely recommend this place.
