All these 1 star reviews complaining about customer service, wait time, receptionist, makes me wonder if they even saw the doctor at all.

My personal experience with Dr. Fan over the past 10 years since he started at this clinic was very good. He is certainly up to date with his practice and knowledge, gives practical medical advice, and the specialist referrals are done very quickly without hassle.

During times of need, phone conversations and remote consultations were the go-to method whenever a follow up was needed.

If you are looking for lots of Empathy, go to a Psychotherapist or talk to ChatGPT, this is not the place, Dr.Fan is a family doctor who specializes in diagnosis and fixing your medical problems with efficiency, not your emotional well-being.

Personally, I want my family doctor to have the expertise in diagnosis, can prescribe accurate treatment, referrals and medication, as well as prompt follow up. This clinic has done exceptionally well on this aspect, that’s why I stayed with Dr. Fan despite moving to another geographical location.

Been seeing Dr Peri for a couple of years now and the service is great. The reception staff are friendly, manage to squeeze me in at the last moment if needed and they always answer my questions. Dr Peri is straight forward and always very helpful with eveything I need.
Must recommend this clinic.
