Oh, this place is such a gem! Stumbled upon it thanks to a friend, and wow, it's got everything your furry buddy could need. Super clean shop – like, seriously spotless. The staff? So friendly and chill, made us feel super welcome. Prices are really affordable too, which is always a win. Loved their adorable pet grooming service – my pup came out looking like a total star! Perfect spot if you're in North York. Will def come back!
My maltese pup has had 3 cuts from the groomers here and they do the best job every time!! Staff is so lovely and accommodating, and fantastic at giving her the exact look I want. Genuinely almost every day I get compliments about how cute she is + how nice her cut is. The store also has a lot of cute pet accessories and treats.
Today was the first time we took our puppy to get groomed outside. The staff at the shop were very professional—they taught us a lot and gave us plenty of helpful advice, which really reassured us as new pet parents.
Our puppy seemed very happy and looked like she really enjoyed the service. We’ll definitely become regular customers in the future
