I had excellent experience at this optical shop, have been customer for more than 6 years. our family got glasses from this store. I’ve been coming to this store for several years and Anna has always treated me and my family with patience and professionalism each time. Even when a repair is needed I’ve never had an issue. Great service and selection.
I visited the store to renew my prescription for glasses and contact lenses. When I called to make appointment, they confirmed the price would be $80. I ended up paying $90 but I didn’t bother to ask why there is a difference in quoted price because it was just $10. I thought the price includes prescription for both glasses and contact lenses. When I asked the employee for the conversion, the lady talked like she was doing me a big favor. She kept mentioning that the price doesnt include conversion and whichever website I’m getting contact lenses from should be doing the conversion. It only took her 2 min to do it. Even if it was not included, she could have done it just for client experience and customer service. Prior to asking her to do conversion, she was very nice and approached me to ask if I will get glasses done. I said no and her attitude changed immediately. I will not come back.
