It Takes a Village Preschool

It Takes a Village is a heart warming preschool where kids feel safe, supported and valued. They focus on each individual's well being and work along with parents to foster children's growth. My son enjoyed his year there. I could see positive development on my child being able to sit nicely during circle time, understanding and following instructions, and feeling comfortable with his peers. It was a great place to get my child ready for kindergarten.

It is so well run, clean and in a great location.
Kerry and Diana really love what they do, I knew my kids were safe and happy.

I have had 3 of my children go to this nursery school and I couldn't be happier. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. They take the time to give one to one attention and teach with patience and grace. This nursery school was the first drop off program that my little ones attended and it was comforting to know that they were getting cared for in such a loving environment. I cant say enough good things.

Our toddler attended It Takes a Village Preschool. We could not have asked for a more loving, safe and nurturing environment. The classroom is bright and clean. Mrs. Hougton and Mrs. Caggianiello are amazing. The kids are engaged through play, songs, books, toys and crafts. And most importantly the kids develop a love for learning and leave school every day excited to return the next morning.

It Takes a Village (formerly Grace Church Markham Nursery School) is a wonderful preschool! The experienced staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and professional. My two children adored them and their time at school. They were able to socialize, learn routines and experience something just for them outside the home. I feel lucky they got to have the experience! I highly recommend!
