In-Common Laboratories

My M.D. and Naturopathic Doctor always use this lab and I can see why, There are actual REAL people that pick up the phone when you need them. You NEVER feel rushed ..they are always competant, know answers to situations you wouldnt expect them to, cannot be more accomodating, more customer centric or thorough. They are awesome and I have been so so thrilled anytime Ive had to deal with them directly. Quick Example, I waited a long time to save for a very expensive hormone panel test, finally get it all underway, and the DAY Im supposed to send it rush to the lab in prepaid Canada post envelope. CP goes on strike ! Within hours, this lab got my Prepaid alternative carrier out to me, explained exactly what to do to keep my test strips safe, they told me when to send and why, etc . They are ALWAYS well on top of their game. SO refreshing. Beyond 5 stars from me !

Izaac the staff member who took our PCR test was awesome. He was friendly and great conversationalist. Fast service. Made a mundane process easy. He also shared his suggestions of places to check out on our travels while we were getting our test.

It was refreshing to get some positivity in these times. It made the process much smoother.

There was no line as well. The process was quick and efficient. Got results in 20 minutes.

BTW Burgerfi was a great choice. Thank you for recommending. And Del Ray was fun. Will definately come back to this lab to get PCR (hopefully not needed again!). Thank you.

Went for a covid PCR test right when they opened at 8am. There was a small line but I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very safe, organized and clean.
