I bought my first pair of glasses at Costco and the customer service was very poor so I decided to give this place a try for my second pair. Turns out this place is a hidden gem. The customer service is excellent. Good quality and selections of glasses. The owner is super nice and knowledgable. He helped me to adjust the glasses i bought at Costco, gave me helpful recommendations on glasses, submitted my insurance claim for me, and had my glasses ready in 5 days. Best optical store in town.

Wow! One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Mr. Lao is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought my glasses and my family's from Mr. Lao and we are all happy from his excellent service. We highly recommend Focuspoint Optical for all your eye wear needs. Also, the eye exam clinic of Dr. Amy Cheng and her staff are also incredible. She is very smart, knowledgeable, friendly and super accommodating. I highly recommend her if you need to do an eye exam.

Before you read any of this, it is a complete honest review, and a personal experience. Other people's experiences may differ. Having said that, FocusPoint Optical provides a solid customer service. My family and I have discovered this place a couple years ago. We have continuously purchased products from this place given the reasonable prices, great customer service, and perfect location. The optician/owner there is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional given his dedicated years of experience in this business industry. (According to their website, approx 23 years) You may consider the 5 stars I have given to be a false positive, however, it is optimal if you just go visit the store yourself as this is an opinion based review, and everyone has their own preferences. From there you can see whether or not how accurate this information provided is. The store has great potential, fulfills your needs, and has gained my utmost respect in feeling welcomed when purchasing their products. I definitely recommend this place to the viewers out there, my friends, and my family. Essentially, the "place" I was referring to was the Alton Tower location, as it has been the most convenient place for visits.
