We had the carpets in my fathers house cleaned because they were in bad shape from many years of smoking and wear & tear. We had Navneet (Navy) come to the house and they were punctual, polite and professional. Initially they estimated about 5 hours to complete the job but it actually took them about 7 hours which is not a complaint but a compliment! They took the time to do the carpets properly because they were so dirty, and they looked amazing! The carpets looked better than I expected and I am very impressed! Excellent service from Express Chem-Dry! Navneet recently cleaned our 3 mattresses, 2 box springs, 3 couches, and 2 rugs, and the results were phenomenal. We chose them because they use a chemical-free cleaning process, which was a top priority for us since my brother has been struggling with severe allergies. We wanted a solution that wouldn’t aggravate his condition, and Express Clean Chem-Dry was the perfect fit.

One of our mattresses had a deep, stubborn stain that I thought would never come out (see the before and after pictures), but they completely removed it. Our sofas also look brand new now, and the rugs are spotless.
