Dr. Bosco Lui has been my otolaryngologist since 2013, carefully monitoring a nodule on my thyroid gland over the years. After consistent surveillance, gradual growth, and an inconclusive biopsy, I made the decision to have the lobe removed.

Dr. Lui performed the surgery successfully — the procedure went smoothly, the scar is minimal, and his post-surgery care was exceptionally kind and attentive. Throughout this entire journey, he was patient, thorough, and compassionate, always taking the time to explain every step and make sure I felt comfortable and informed.

Dr. Bosco Lui is a gifted ENT who is genuinely caring and is a professional surgeon. He performed septoplasty surgery on my sinuses and relieved my chronic sinus pain. He made my quality of life much better and I am very thankful to him.
