We are absolutely over the moon with our custom door from DOOR BUILDERS Canada!
Living in a small town east of Toronto, we only had access to standard stock entry doors. We went to the Toronto Home show in search of a custom modern door and narrowed our choices down to two suppliers. After meeting JOSIE at their shop, we were completely awed. The showroom and manufacturing area were both incredibly impressive-and JOSIE herself was the final reason we chose Door Builders.

She took the time to explain everything clearly, guided us through all our options, and always responded quickly. Her service truly went above and beyond. Their installers Tato & Bachu were also excellent - professional, efficient, and meticulous.

Coming from a small town, we initially felt the door was expensive, but wow - it was worth every penny. It transformed our home from plain to grand.
Who would have thought a door could make such a difference?

My experience with Door Builder Canada was hands down the best experience I've ever had getting renovation work done at my home.

The entire staff (Josie at the Scarborough office/showroom, the installers Tato/Bachu, and everyone else) were helpful and professional to deal with. Their door products look great, and the sheer number of design options is unreal.

I ended up getting a quick tour of their production floor on one of my visits so I saw where/how the doors get made/assembled and stained - very cool.

It's obvious that this company cares about the quality of their products, craftsmanship, installation, and their customer's satisfaction:
- During the entire process, I was kept updated and informed.
- Minor changes I requested (concerning door hardware) were accommodated without issue.
- Everything was done on schedule; their measurement/installation crews always showed up on time.
- The door I got was exactly what was promised and designed.
- All things considered, their overall price was extremely reasonable (when compared to other quotes I received).

We couldn't be more impressed with the end to end service we received at Door Builder Canada. From choosing our product and all the potential options, through installation as well as post install follow up, the service at Door Builder was simply excellent. Special shout-out to Josie who helped us from start to finish, keeping us updated on manufacturing and delivery status, as well as Tato, who was meticulous with the installation. We absolutely love our new front doors! These are superior quality fiberglass doors, and with them being made right here locally in Scarborough - it was great to support a local Canadian business. Highly recommend.

Ordering a wide (48") door is a must. Now I can carry large items without worry.
