Wonderful team of professionals with high quality of support. During my hospital procedures I needed assistance and Colen assigned Louie to support me. Louie was very helpful and attentive to all my needs and always been there till I reached back home safely. Greatly appreciate Colen and team for the service and I will look to no other agency, in case I would need any personal support in future. Highly recommended.

*^^ Quick response to Care Provide-. Thank you for the polite and thorough response. Unfortunately the reality is that has absolutely nothing to do with our situation. Let's say for argument sake, and let's assume you're referring to some kind of a health hazard in the backyard... for your worker to come inside and do dishes, yet to defiantly say her only purpose is to deal with the backyard, was an anger, laziness, type of response. Your worker was completely in the wrong and hopefully she's not still there. She was very rude.

And they sent me two caregivers that were so horrible. I rejected both of them. And they still demanded payment. And they took my payment without my authority. This company is a scam.

What's laughable is the fact that this company has the audacity to use the words "cleaning services" on their website. My final time using this company happened a couple of weeks ago where I called someone to come over and help me clean my backyard for four hours. I asked them to assemble a small little table that was so easy and all the parts were included in the box and it took them less than 10 minutes ....and come inside and do a few dishes and they were extremely defiant because "that's not what they were brought here for just the backyard and nothing else." As a long time user of this company, I have to honesty say the continuity aspect is non existent. I went from really liking this company and really appreciating the customer service and care coordination, to not being able to stand dealing with them anymore. They are obtuse and completely clueless as to what it means to have a comfortable relationship with the same caregiver. they have no authority over their staff. I have been asked by multiple providers to moonlight with offers to see me outside of the company and to book with only them personally. I even shot away from the private offers going in that direction just to keep my loyalty to the company. Not only were my efforts, not appreciative, but this company actually screwed up by sending me bad people continuously. I am under the impression that they don't even employ workers that have proper papers to work in Canada. So if you happen to come across somebody you actually like a care provider and you want to keep using them you're out of luck because they either disappear completely from the company or they just can't work because their paper status. After spending thousands of dollars with this company, I got to a point where I realized half the people they sent me are not good. Some rude people that are defiant and actually detest doing the work that they were sent there to do. If you like gambling with 50% house money, not knowing what you're going to receive then stick with this company... if you have some self-worth and you expect to be treated like a customer that just wants the simplest elements of care then look beyond this company, call around and find someone better.

We had the most delightful woman by the name of Janice care for my dad. He has dementia and needed some companionship while my mom and I went on a day trip. She was amazing with him keeping him busy all day. They talked, went for a walk, did a jigsaw puzzle and had lunch. Dad even attempted to play the guitar (something he has not tried for years)! She offered to do housework if it was as needed too. This was the first but not the last time my father had outside care!

The global pandemic and health emergency made it very difficult to find highly skilled care providers for my aging parent, with high needs.  After trying several other agencies, CareProvide was referred to us by a family friend and we called them immediately.  We have not looked back since. CareProvide has an excellent team of caring and accommodating individuals. Evelyn from the outreach team, came to our home, assessed our needs and was quick to deliver on her promises to find us qualified and specialized help.  From the beginning, CareProvide has only sent highly trained, consistent, reliable and incredibly personable individuals to our home.  Anthony and the office personnel has  been so flexible and endearingly accommodating. I truly feel as if this company cares about my family.  If you are looking for an organization that goes above and beyond for you and your loved one,  I highly recommend using CareProvide's services!

From the first time I called I felt CareProvide would be a great fit for my family and me. I really felt that my care was the utmost importance by the staff and PSW's as they started taking care of me and my family with love and patience.

I got the hours that I needed it was not dictated by the company.

I feel like a human being once again. They listen to instructions and work hard the whole time they are with me. I can say that this company cares strongly for their clients from my experience. I am very thankful for CareProvide.
