We recently had a new air conditioning unit installed within our existing furnace system, and the experience with Your Company was outstanding from start to finish.
The service team was incredibly professional and the job was quite well done. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring the new unit was integrated perfectly with our existing HVAC setup, and even took the time to explain the new thermostat features to us.
The entire process was quick and easy. The technicians arrived promptly, finished the installation faster than expected, and left the work area spotless. There was absolutely no hassle or disruption to our day.
Yan Zi Hao was our furnace maintenance tech today, conducting the annual checkup. He was thorough, professional and friendly - as usual. Given the experience that he had on the job, he provided me with cogent advice about my heating/cooling system. He explained the positives and negatives of the options that I could try - or not. As they say, food for thought!

Institutional knowledge around foresight in products, by-laws, legals, environment and product. You will not do better anywhere else. This is our family’s 4th independent contract with Aire One. Will not venture anywhere else. We do not work for them. Full disclosure. Yet based on their integrity and prime processes, I might consider it.
Really quick service and great experience with this company. Every time we have an AC issue, their technicians (Ian, I'd like to mention specifically), is very knowledgeable, fast, and professional with the work he does. He's also a very great technician and is quick to spot and address certain issues with our AC, and carefully assesses and makes sure that everything gets fixed or resolved till the very end.
Also, when further issues arise with our AC, they are quick to send their staff to come down and check it again.
