Got my INFINI bike back in early May and it was delivered to my place. They were so kind to install the Axiom rack and Ardently saddle for me. I biked 350 miles and love it so much to this day. I decided to upgrade it with additional parts from the store recently. I bought carbon wheels, carbon riser handlebar, carbon fork (they cut it for me), carbon seatpost, brake levers, brake housings, brake pads for carbon rims, and tubes from them. I am extremely happy with my purchases. They responded to my messages so quickly with inquiries on compatibility and let me know if there were any other parts I need. For example, they let me know I needed a shorter bolt for my front rim caliper and cut it for me. There was a sale in 2 days so they graciously gave me a discount. Customer service is beyond expectations. I will continue to buy more parts in the future. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for bikes and parts 👍

Got a single speed fixed gear bike from them. the quality looked better than on my $2,000 All-City Super Professional single speed freewheel bike, and this one costs 3 times less. Super happy with the purchase. The only thing I didn't like is that they used CANPAR to ship with, which has a terrible customer rating on. Google. They should just use Canada Post or Purolator; those guys are much better than Canpar!

One pleasant surprise was the fact that the rear wheel has dual contest: one fixed, and one freewheel. I don’t remember seeing this in the bike description. I think you should emphasize this as it might attract more people to these great bikes!

Bought a tracklox last year, it’s been amazing since. Quality build, many parts are custom designed. And honestly Alvin helped me out with all the questions I had, before and after the sale. Would fully recommend his shop for any repairs as well, he’s super knowledgeable. Thank you!!
